I have to say that it has to be something artful. Don't get me wrong, every cover is art but some covers that are designed correctly, can pull in the masses. Any of the Jennifer Armentrout covers, Cassie Clair, Entwined, the Wither series, Imaginary Girls, The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer, Paranormalcy series, The Vespertine, etc. I love book covers with those styles.
